Hi, I'm Christine.

Contact Me

I'm a lot of things; maybe something resonates with you and you will feel compelled to reach out and connect for a complimentary coaching conversation to see if we are a good fit to work together.

I'm a wife, mother, proud owner of a goofy wirehaired Vizsla, and an Executive & Life Coach.  I love time with my family and friends and am tired of Covid!!  I have a huge need for creative outlets and love art (this summer it's painting bird houses and rocks) and I've gotten back into sewing.   Being at the cottage is very relaxing and I am energized by being around water.  I grew up in Windsor and what I miss most is always being just a few minutes away from a lake or river.

I've worked for over 20 years in executive-level human resource management roles - primarily in the IT and health care industries.  I've been an Executive Coach since 2018.

I learn from every one of my clients.  As a coach, I can never stop learning and I appreciate everything that my clients bring to me.  You challenge me, you make me question myself and my own beliefs, and you help me continue to grow.   I want to make a difference in other people's lives as that makes me feel good about myself.  When you find that thing that makes you happy and fulfilled, everything else comes together.  I want you to to find that place too.   Confidence, strength, perseverance and laughter is what will get us through this life.

This past decade has been rough for me and my family - but I don't think I'm that different from anyone else.  We all have our own personal challenges, traumas, sadness, anxiety, setbacks - call it whatever you want.  But what sets one individual apart from another is how one deals with the cards that are dealt.

In my case, my family lost our 17 year old son Austin to an accidental, but criminal drug overdose in 2013.  It was not something we would have ever expected to have happen.  If interested, click here to read more on our story. I am passionate about harm reduction, overdose awareness and the Good Samaritan Act that was amended to provide immunity for those who call 911 in an overdose situation.   Then, in January, 2022, we lost our 29 year old son - again to overdose.  I now find myself "childless".  If losing one child is devastating, losing two is crippling.  However, I gotta practice what I preach.  I've been working on my mindset and what my next chapter in life is going to be about.  Overall, I'm a positive-minded person so I know I'll just keep moving forward.

I hope to hear more about your story.

One of the things I like most about working with Christine is her ability to ask questions to really make me think differently. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I started working with Christine to help with productivity, efficiencies, distractions and goals. I have witnessed noticeable improvements in all these areas and feel I am on my way to achieving what I set out to accomplish. Always very friendly and personable, I highly recommend working with Christine to help you get to where you want to go.
